We ship expedited Priority Shipping via US Postal Service on all items to US, military addresses only. You can expect your order to arrive within three business days after the date the order has shipped. Orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hours after the order has been placed.*

Special Offer: Currently all purchases receive FREE Priority 3 Day Shipping to US Contiguous 48 States.

Please add $10 for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

returns + exchanges

Just Peachy Baby will not accept any return or exchange without a Return Authorization Number written on the Return Form. All returns must include an invoice as proof of purchase or the packing slip if received as a gift.

We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your card for any item you are not happy with, within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Due to the personal nature of baby products and to ensure hygienic integrity, items returned must be new, unwashed, unused original condition with original tags and packaging. Ship items prepaid and insured back to us after getting a Return Authorization Number.

Just Peachy Baby reserves the right to return to the customer any item that cannot be verified as new and unused or is shipped to us without a Return Authorization Number.

Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
Orders placed using a promotional coupon will not be refunded for the amount of the coupon.

Items must be returned within 14 days of the issuance of the Return Authorization Number, at which time the RA# expires.

warranty

Just Peachy Baby products are covered by our warranty against workmanship defects for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion for a nominal fee. JPB reserves the right to make all determinations as to the use of this policy. Products failing due to normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time are not covered by this warranty.

Has my order shipped?

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information will be available within 24-48 hours of shipment.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only residents of California have to pay sales tax.

After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
